SSC CPO SI PET PST 2020 Important Notice: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released an important notice regarding the Physical Standard Test (PST)/ Physical Endurance Test (PET) for the position of Sub-Inspector in the Delhi Police and CAPFs. The commission is conducting the PET/PST from 11 August 2021 to 23 August at various centres.

According to the notice released by SSC, A candidate having some genuine reason for not being able to appear in PET/PST on the allotted date may appear on any other date suitable to him/her, but before the last day of PET/PST at that Centre.

Physical Endurance Test (PET) For Male Candidates :


  • 100 meters race in 16 seconds
  • 1.6 Kms race in 6.5 minutes

Long Jump

  • 3.65 metres in 3 chances

High Jump

  • 1.2 metres in 3 chances

Shot put (16 Lbs):

  • 4.5 metres in 3 chance

Physical Endurance Test (PET) For Female Candidates :


  • 100 metres race in 18 seconds
  • 800 metres race in 4 minutes

Long Jump

  • 2.7 metres in 3 chances

High Jump

  • 0.9 metres in 3 chances

Those who will qualify in PST/PST will be called for Paper 2. As per reports, a total of 2239 female and 25962 male candidates have been shortlisted for appearing in Physical Standard Test (PST)/Physical Endurance Test (PET). The candidates are advised to carry their admit cards along with a photo identity on the day of the physical efficiency test and physical standard test. This drive is being done to recruit 1564 Vacancies of Sub-Inspector (SI) in Central Armed Police Forces and Delhi Police.
